Khozhina Zamzagul Majitkyzy was born on January 3, 1966, in the village of Korda, Akzhaik district, West Kazakhstan region. She participated in the December 1986 events in Almaty. From 1985 to 1988, she studied at the Hydromelioration Technical School in Almaty, majoring in water engineering in the Hydromelioration faculty.

She was rehabilitated as a participant in the events, and there is evidence of her involvement. For instance, she received a certificate on November 14, 2022, issued by the Ministry of Employment and Social Programs, No. 2, regarding the rehabilitation of victims of mass repression.
