Sholpan Kymarovna Baymakova (Murzagalieva) was born on October 14, 1965, in the village of Kabyrshakty, Akzhaik district, West Kazakhstan region. In 1986, she became a participant in the Zheltoqsan Uprising.
From 1985 to 1987, she studied at the Kaskelen Pedagogical College in Almaty region, specializing in Preschool Education. In 1999, she enrolled in the West Kazakhstan State University named after A.S. Pushkin, graduating in 2002 with a degree in Pedagogy and Methodology of Primary Education.
Currently, she works as a primary school teacher at the KMM "Bitik Mektep-Bobekzhai Kesheni" in Kabyrshakty, Akzhaik district, West Kazakhstan region.
In December 1986, during the Zheltoqsan Uprising, she participated in the protests, supporting the Kazakh youth's struggle against colonial and authoritarian rule. In 1987, she was issued a severe warning for participating in mass riots.
On April 14, 1993, under the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Rehabilitation of Victims of Political Repression, she was recognized as a victim of political repression, and a certificate was issued confirming this fact.
By the decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on December 30, 2021, Sholpan Kymarovna Murzagalieva (Baymakova) was awarded the "30th Anniversary of Kazakhstan's Independence" medal.
Additionally, in honor of the 35th anniversary of the Zheltoqsan Uprising, she was awarded the "Veteran of Independence" medal by the "Zheltoqsan Almaty" Public Union. Furthermore, in 2022, she received the "Veteran of the Zheltoqsan Uprising" certificate from the "BATYS-ZHELTOQSAN" public association.
