Tazhenova Elmira Shaimardanovna was born on April 1, 1969, in the village of Bazarsholan, Akzhaik District, West Kazakhstan Region.

From 1976 to 1980, she studied at the 4-year school in Bazarsholan. In 1980, she moved to Oral city and studied at the S. Seyfullin Secondary Boarding School No. 11, graduating in 1986.

In 1986, she enrolled in the Faculty of English and German Languages at the Almaty Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages, where she graduated in 1991.

Since 1991, she has been teaching English at Esensay Secondary School. She has 32 years of work experience and holds the title of Pedagogue-expert. She is raising five children in her family.
