Mukhtar Malik Kabdulevich

Mukhtar Malik Kabdulevich was born on November 28, 1965, in the village of Kaliony (now Akbulaq) in the Chapayev District (now Akzhaik), West Kazakhstan Region. In 1983, he graduated from the school in the village of Kalmykov (now Taipak) and enrolled in the Faculty of Forestry at the Almaty Agricultural Institute, where he graduated in 1988.

From 1988 to 1994, he worked as a forester at the Taipak Forestry, and from 1994 to 1997, he served as the chief forester. From 1997 to July 2019, he was the director of the Chapayev State Institution for the Protection of Forests and Wildlife. Starting from July 10, 2019, he worked as a forestry restoration and continuous forest regeneration engineer at the Chapayev Municipal State Institution for the Protection of Forests and Wildlife. He dedicated 34 years to working in the forestry sector.

In June 2022, due to health reasons, he was recognized as a first-group disabled person.

In December 1986, during the events in Almaty, while studying as a third-year student at the Faculty of Forestry, he joined the protests on Brezhnev Square against the Soviet totalitarian policies, when D.A. Kunaev was removed from his position, and a new leader of a different nationality was appointed.

On January 15, 2012, Mukhtar Malik Kabdulevich was elected as a deputy of the Chapayev District Maslikhat in the №12 electoral district. In 2016, he was elected as a deputy of the 6th convocation of the West Kazakhstan Regional Maslikhat in the Taipak electoral district. Over the years, he received multiple commendations from regional and district authorities. In 2013, he was awarded the II degree "Labor Glory" medal from the Central Committee of the Union of Agricultural and Processing Industry Workers of Kazakhstan. In 2015, he received the "20 Years to the Maslikhats of Kazakhstan" commemorative medal, in 2016, the "30th Anniversary of December Events" medal, and other awards from the region's governor and the secretary of the regional Maslikhat.

Currently, Mukhtar Malik Kabdulevich has three daughters and one son.
