He was born on May 29, 1982 in the village of Bazarsholan, Akzhayik district, West Kazakhstan region. He graduated from high school in 1999. Member of the Union of Writers of the Republic of Kazakhstan, poet, journalist, winner of the "Glory of Labor" badge named after Jangali Nabibullin. In 2008, he graduated as a journalist from ATSU, and in the same year he started his career at the "Kazakhstan-Atyrau" TV channel. In 2009, he worked as the correspondent of "Atyrau" TV channel in Makat district, in the district "Makat Yasifsy" newspaper, in 2012 he worked as a secretary in the regional newspaper "Altyn Kayik", in 2013-2016 in the republican newspaper "Munayly Astana". Own correspondent of the republican independent channel "31" in Atyrau region, since 2019 the press secretary of the rector at the Atyrau State University named after H. Dosmukhamedov.
