He was born in 1941 in the village of Ekpindi, Zhanakala district, West Kazakhstan region. Member of the Union of Journalists of the USSR, debater and poet. After graduating from "Sanko" secondary school, from 1956 until enlistment in the army, he worked as an assistant shepherd, and then as a driver. In 1967, he worked as a literary employee, head of the department, and deputy editor of the Akzhayik district newspaper "Enbek-Trud". He took part in several regional contests and was awarded the title of "Regional Poet" in 1979. In 2000, the local publishing house published the commemorative book "Years and Roads". The winner of the "Veteran of Labor" medal.
