He was born in 1936 in the village of Talap, Bokei Orda district, West Kazakhstan region. State and public figure. He graduated from the Saratov State Veterinary and Zootechnical Institute. He started his career as an ordinary worker at the Kommunizm collective farm of Akzhayik district. In the village of Yesensai, Akzhayik district, he worked as a chief zootechnician, secretary of the Komsomol organization. In 1962, the Komsomol Youth Shepherd Brigade "Kilybay" was the first in the region to be established. Since 1966, he has been in charge of the state farm. In 1970- 1972, he worked as the second secretary of the district party committee, from 1978 to 1988, as the chairman of the Akzhayik district executive committee. In 1990-1995, he worked as an adviser to the deputy general director at the Ural Meat Factory. There is a book titled "Bright Milestones" that tells about the life and achievements of the working people of Akzhayik district. He was awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor, Friendship of Peoples, the Order of Honor and several medals.
