Gizzatov Sayalbek Makhambetuly was born on February 21, 1984 in the village of Zhanabulak, Akzhayik district, West Kazakhstan region. In 2005-2007, he worked as a teacher in the departments of "Philosophy and cultural studies", in 2008-2009, "Social and humanitarian subjects", and in 2009-2010, "Philosophy and fundamentals of law" of BSMU named after M.Otemisov. Since 2010, he is a candidate of historical sciences, majoring in the history of the homeland (history of the Republic of Kazakhstan). In 2010-2011, he was the head of the research department. Dean of the Faculty of History and Law in 2011-2013. In 2013-2017, he was the head of the Department of Religious Affairs of the Akimat of the West Kazakhstan region. He is the author of the monograph "Struggle for land in the Bokei Horde (1st half of the 19th century)" (Almaty: "Arys" publishing house, 2016) and more than 30 scientific works. In 2012, he was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the regional "Best Young Scientist" nomination. He is the founder of the public association "Aqikat" discussion center, the chairman of the "Council of Young Scientists" public association.
