Tleushova Khanslu Kaliyollakyzy was born on February 2, 1965, in Bazarsholan village, Akzhaik district, West Kazakhstan region. She participated in the December 1986 protests in Almaty. During that time, on December 16-17, while working in the construction sector, she joined the protests to express her dissent.

On March 10, 2023, Khanslu Tleushova was fully rehabilitated. She is currently a member of the "West - December" public association in the West Kazakhstan region.
