Moldagaliev Talgat Muratuly was born on March 28, 1963, in the village of Ilbishin, Akzhaik district, West Kazakhstan region. He graduated from Akbulak Secondary School in 1980 and then entered the Oral Construction College. In 1981, he was drafted into the military.  Talgat Muratuly served in Afghanistan as part of the Soviet Army, fulfilling his duty to the country, and returned home safely after completing his service. Currently, he works as an employee at the S. Oshanov Secondary School. Talgat Moldagaliev’s life is an example of dedication to his homeland, responsibility, and patriotism. His journey and service serve as an important lesson for young people.
